If so the solution/answer is: You need to configure DNS properly for all vNets/Subnets and VMs.
This way the VM2 is able to resolve the name of a domain controller of the AD.
The error message in your screenshots confirms this as well.
In the other thread the solution for a proper setup of the DNS is described.
