Trying to add LINQ tool from "code tools" but it is not reflecting in Add new items from Solution

I am trying to build an APP in xamarin bu i am facing a simple yet critical problem.

    the linq to sql tools are not supported for Xamarin, net standard, or .net core, only for .net 4,* projects for windows.
