Hello,
I would like to find out, if there is a possibility to configure a setting/policy on Exchange, that would automatically take a received email and forward it elsewehere, but with different sender address?
I am not able to find this on Google, so I am not sure if this is even possible, and/or if this is possible on Exchange Online/Exchange onprem...
Purpose is not to create any spam/scam campaings, but our organization needs to resend some sort of logs that we get from external company to one of our customers, but they need to receive it from our email addres due to their internal policies.
I understand that it is possible to do it manually, but this is not the way I would like it to work.

Many thanks for your hints,
Tomas

    @T Crha

    From Exchange side, there only exist "redirect" option. So, your customers received emails will show the original sender as sender.

    I would suggest you try to create a "Forward" Inbox rule from client side. Such as below:

    In this way, your organization mailbox will show as sender.
