, and since you've followed the Free Trial instructions previously, can you go through the Free trial verification again, to see if this helps resolve your issue. You should receive a You're not eligible
error if you've already signed up for an Azure free trial. However, if you follow the redirection URL to the Pay-As-You-Go instructions, you'll be able to create an Azure AD tenant so your user can login, and if you already have an Azure AD tenant, you'll be able to sign-up for a pay-as-you-go subscription, which should allow you to log in as well.
