Unable to give exam on AZ-900 - Microsoft Azure Fundamentals - English, due to technical issues at Pearson VUE's end

Hi Team,
I had planned AZ-900 - Microsoft Azure Fundamentals - English certification exam today, but once the app launched, system test done, then i talked to proctor twice followed instructions given by them still unable to release exam and I was unable to attempt it.
I was struggling for an hour still problem persists, the Team at Pearson VUE is aware of the issue and they have generated case number as well. Could you please let me know what are the next steps and when I would be able to reschedule the exam?
