Office Developer License: Is there a limit on the number of VM instances a single licenced user can use for test parallelisation?

The Office Developer subscription has a limit of 25 users. I wish, as a single user, to parallel my tests on, say, 100 VMs to reduce the overall testing time. Is this permitted within the terms of the licence?

    @Justin Durkan ,

    As we are mainly responsible for general issue of Microsoft Teams. I would remove the office-teams-windows-itpro tag and add the not-supported tag.

    Besides, it recommends you contact Microsoft with phone call.
