Import csv calendar into Outlook as an editor for someone else

We use Excel files for our schedule at work (where you can see per person what everyone does every morning/afternoon). I wrote a program to convert this into a personal CSV file that can be uploaded into the Outlook Calendar (Import --> import file). Then to select the folder, I can select my calendar. But the secretaries manage the calendars of all the staff personnel and they have access to the calendars of the staff as 'author' or 'editor'. They now still manually add the calendar items for each morning and afternoon of the month. Is it possible that they also use the csv file for each person (so the personal schedule in csv format) to upload to that persons calendar? How can we arrange that? Until now we only found the option to import your own file or to manually add the items for each staff member by the secretary (so that is 2 manual entries for each day, of the whole year, for each staff member).

Thank you in advance!

    Hi @Joost24 ,

Please refer to the below steps:
1.Open their calendars in your Outlook(Because you are given permission).
    For example:

2.Create a temp calendar(for example, named Christy01) for all staff member via right click the calendar>New calendar.

3.Import the csv file to the temp calendar.

4.Click the temp calendar, click View>Change View>click List. Then you just need to press Ctrl+A to select all the canlendar events and drag and drop them to staff menber's calendar that opens.

    Hi @Joost24 ,

    Thanks for your reply!

Based on my test on shared mailbox, i(as a delagate) cannot import a csv file to the calendar of the shared canlendar. I'm afraid that the secretaries need to manually add the items for each staff member. For this, it's suggested that the secretaries can create their own temporary calendar for each staff member and open their calendar. In this way, after importing the csv file for each temporary calendar, just need to select all the calendar items, and then drag and drop them into the calendar of the corresponding member's calendar.
