Send mail APP registration, wordpress, and MSDN email getting stuck

I have confirmed domain ownership with the account. I created the apps and set permissions to send mail as any user. however the email is not forwarding from noreply@ to the verified domain email address. It is getting stuck. I have attached a sequence of screenshots. Please advise
