"OneDrive for Business contents will be deleted in 7 days" email received for an active user who is not marked for deletion. How?

Hi there

A user of ours, received this email "OneDrive for Business contents will be deleted in 7 days".
The user is an active user who is not marked for deletion.

Any thoughts on how and why this email could have been triggered?
