Fatal Error:DsGetDcName (SERVER) call failed, error 1722

When running
Dcdiag /e /test:sysvolcheck /test:advertising

I get this response from child domains

Testing server: Default-First-Site-Name\ADM-SERVER
Starting test: Advertising
Fatal Error:DsGetDcName (SERVER) call failed, error 1722
The Locator could not find the server.
......................... ADM-SERVER failed test Advertising
Starting test: SysVolCheck
[ADM-SERVER] An net use or LsaPolicy operation failed with error 53,
The network path was not found..
......................... SERVER failed test SysVolCheck

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
