Suscriptions not showing in suscriptions section

Please I am new to the azure environment and need help managing my suscriptions.

When entering the section "suscriptions" I get a message saying "Your current access does not include permissions to view any subscriptions". Screenshot attached

Yet when I for example run the bash, it clearly detects 2 suscriptions!! (screenshot also attachedattached)

How can I see the details of these suscriptions and know if I will be charged for either of them? They are not showing under suscriptions, so I am quite confused about this.

I have this too today, on an account I was able to access a few months ago. My account has an azure subscription, a visual studio subscription, an E3 subscription that looks like we're paying for it, and is the only account tied to a domain and service that I'm not allowed to see. So now no-one can see or edit anything about our azure account that is running a website, the only control we have is accounts can stop paying the bills.

Trying to maintain access to Azure accounts where 'subscriptions' expire locking out your access while you're still paying for the service underneath, and with only one admin email allowed (even if the employee has left so their email doesn't exist any more, MS refuse to delete their personal information) is the reason I never recommend Azure to clients.

Suggested 'honesty' fix for MS to make it a bit less infuriating : if a logged in account email address is listed as the only admin for a subscription/set of resources that is being paid for : change the message from "Your current access does not include permissions to view any subscriptions." to "thankyou for sending us money for the following subscriptions, we have decided to lock you out of the stuff you're paying for even though your company pays the bills for this service as well as many other microsoft services, for reasons we don't ourselves know. Also we're not going to tell you anything how to get access to your stuff back again as you don't have access to those details. If you have additional questions or concerns, please contact support. You won't particularly enjoy that as they will send you a list of things to do that take a reasonable amount of time to do, but none of them will work because we haven't given support enough access to see what's going on either. Thanks again for the cash."

Troubleshoot this and Reply back :

1) In your above screenshot Image 1 - click on "View eligible Subscription" and check.
2) Make sure you are not behind any corporate proxy - Select your portal home screen shot with browser URL .
3) Make sure you are using the right account with which you sign up for azure/subscription
4) If account is right . Follow the screen shot i have attached click 1 & then 2 , Turn off filters for subscription.

To Check Costing

1) Use the center top search bar of portal and search "Cost Analysis"
2) In Left Pane - Under " Products + services" select - Azure Subscription. This will show your each subscription cost & charges individually
