In the past, I created an app at App Registration Portal with Microsoft account. App Registration Portal was retired and merged to Azure portal. I can find the app when login as Microsoft account, but cannot find when login as organization account. How can I manage the app with organization account?

You will not be able to access your App from your organisation's account if the Tenant ID of the organisation's subscription is different from the Tenant ID of the subscription linked to your personal Microsoft account.
What I want to do is move the app to my organization's tenant. Is it possible?

@tshino56, As far as I am aware this process is not possible since when you say moving an application from one tenant to another, it mostly contains moving both the Application Object (that is present under the App Registration portal) and the Service Principal for same app registration (present under the Enterprise Application portal), which is ideally not possible.
In case of multi-tenant apps, it is still possible to register the app in various tenants apart from your own tenant which is the mother tenant hosting this app. In multi-tenant scenario also, when the app gets added to the other tenant, it only adds/creates a new Service Principal object for that app in the new tenant and keeps referencing to the original app's app ID. The App registration is always tied to the Mother tenant where it was originally created/hosted and hence cant be moved.
Having said that, I am working on getting some more information for this.
