MCID missing

Question

Hello,

I want to register for an exam and for that I need to associate my company account with my personal one. When I click on "Associate Microsoft Learning Account" button, I receive a message "If you contact support, give them this info: Correlation ID - 7a090bea-2108-406d-b63c-ea9e3c647ca7".
After a call with someone from support I understood that my learning account is not completely create as does not have a MICD associate.

Please help me with some information!
