How can I report an Azure related issue to Microsoft?

Hi,

I just wanted to report an issue that we are encountering on the software we are using related to Azure functionality.
I just can't seem to find the right venue where I can escalate it.

I tried to check on the portal Azure but the options I am getting are just related to billing and subscription.

Please see image below.

Please help.

Just a suggestion but Please make limits on how many accounts people should make a day,people are overusing the creation amounts and it gets hard to create new accounts when most are taken and please have people use they number to be used to create account that will be better,to be able to create account should be a paid feature it will get more business and people can be able to make one account only because people are constantly making accounts to harass people
