on one node i am facing this error and on another node it is working fine. I have checked all the configuration of both nodes and configuration is same ,

Please go to the path: C:\Program Files (x86)\MSBuild\Microsoft.Cpp\v4.0\V140 and check if you can find the folder: Microsoft.CPP.UpgradeFromVC71.props.
You can try to clean the solution and rebuild your project.
