Group Policy - New Proxy creation broken?

Hello

Unusure if this is just me or is a global thing, but if I create a new GPO and define proxy server settings for IE, then the settings aren't actually getting saved in the policy.

You can see by viewing the policy settings after closing that the only defined setting is the 'use a proxy server for your LAN' set to 'yes', but the actual proxy URL / Port aren't shown.

If I take a copy of one of our old policies and update the proxy URL / Port then the settings are saved correctly and also visible on the GPO settings.

No idea why I can't save the settings only a newly created GPO but can anyone else confirm if they're seeing this or if it's just me ? I've checked and my templates are up to date. Thank you

That is not what I was pointing out or asked.
