Otlook 2013 ReadOnly Access

Question

While clicking Coonect to Outlook Icon from sharepoint for a SP List, Outlook2013 opening and asking for confiramtion (Permissions : Read) after clicking OK, outlook getting send/recive error and not getting synced with SP. in Account Setings SharePoint Lists Tab ----> Read Only

((Outlook Can't connect to share point lists reported error (0x80040102) Contact Share point administrator HTTP0))

Where as in Ooutlook 2007 when we say connect, Outlook2007 oepning and after confirmation its asking for SP username and password and getting read/write access in Account Setting ---> Share Point Lists and things getting sync with SP.

The problem is Outlook 2013 not prompting for SP Credentials and getting readonly.. Please help me to resolve the issue.

Hi @Buddala Venkatesh
Try to clear the windows credential for outlook2013 and see if it helps:

1. Click Start > Control Panel > User Accounts > Manage your credentials. Note: If 'View by' is set to Category, click User Accounts first, and then click Credential Manager.
2. Select the Windows Credentials option. Locate the set of credentials that has either Outlook or Microsoft Office in the name and then expand the corresponding folder.
   
3. Then click Remove from Vault or Remove.
   
4. Repeat step 3 for any additional sets of credentials that have the word Outlook or Microsoft Office in the name.
