Teams camera zoom issue

Hello

Please i need your help on this issue.

Camera zoom settings grayed out in teams devices settings, this is option working for some users.

The user cannot see the Teams camera options to zoom in and zoom out.

The user is using HP Laptop ZBook 14u G5.

I also compared it with another user's laptop model HP EliteBook 840 G2, we can see the Teams Camera Settings to Zoom in and zoom out.

    Is the user with no zoom settings available using the latest drivers from the OEM?
    This controls are based on the driver and not Teams, and not every camera allows setting all of them.
    My ZBook G7, using all the latest drivers from HP, allows changing all the settings.
