I have 4 users and 6 computers setup in Active Directory

There is a share folder setup for those users and they are in a group called fleet. And 4 computers in a group ftc1 and the other 2 computer and in a group ftc2. Inside the shared folder there is a folder called invoices and we only want computer in ftc2 to be able to access those file and with their user names. But the computers in ftc1 can see can edit those files. How do I make so only computer in ftc2 can access that folder?

I have tried Shared Folder permission add a condition. But still no luck.

There is no file permissions option to limit access based on the computer the user is using. File permissions are only the user based.

Can you define the access based on the user's role, i.e department, if so, create a group for each role and then assign the permissions to each role group.

    Gary.
