    Hello there,

    Some points you can try to sort this issue are listed below, try each one of them to see if they are helpful to you.

    -Are there other anti-virus programs installed in your environment? Try adjusting or disabling the relevant supervision function to complete the update installation.
    -Look into the WindowsUpdate.log to see which file and which hash doesn't work.
    -If you are using WSUS to approve updates for the client, confirm your WSUS system version.

    I would first suggest you try getting the updates manually and see if you can install them.
    You can get the updates by KB (KB5016623 ) number from the below link
    https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Home.aspx

    You can also temporarily disable all your antivirus and try installing the updates.

    If this manual update fails you can then try using the SFC & DISM command to check for any corrupted registries and try the update installation after the restart.

    Can you try the below and keep the result posted

    Open administrative Command Prompt and type following commands one-by-one followed by Enter key.

    net stop wuauserv
    net stop cryptSvc
    net stop bits
    net stop msiserver
    Ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
    Ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 Catroot2.old
    net start wuauserv
    net start cryptSvc
    net start bits
    net start msiserver

    Try to download the KB from the microsoft catalog website and try to install with administrative privilege
