How to Download Multiple Files from OD4B?

Question

I am on a shared Windows 11 PC. I want to download multiple files from my OneDrive for Business archive to work on them and print for co-workers.

I do not see a method to do this.

I launch the web page in the Spartan (Edge) browser and there's no method to do something with the files I've selected. When I right-click, i only get the option, Filters. (Not even sure what that is.)

On the desktop, I navigate to my OD4B directory and there are no files.

When using the search function in the web browser, you will not be given the option to download as it is pulling results from many locations across your OneDrive.

In order to download multiple files/folders - click back into My Files in the top left, then select the files you want to download from there.

Alternatively, you can resolve the issue you are having with OneDrive on your desktop by Clicking My Files in the top left and then clicking the "Sync" button as seen in the screenshot below:
