@Gary Chan , Check the UPN to see if the user account is in AAD. Meanwhile, please check if Azure AD premium license and Intune license is assigned to this user.
Remove the device record in AAD and try again to see if the result is different.

Hi - I'm experimenting with AutoPilot. I have Windows 10 and 11 VM's (Hyper-V) which have been imported (Using Get-WindowAutoPilotinfo -Online) and I have configured deployment and enrollment state page profiles. When I run the out of box experience, the language selection etc. is skipped so I know the devices are pulling the AutoPilot configuration. When it gets to the sign in screen with my company branding and I enter a valid email address for my org I get this error:
We didn't find that email address in your organization. Use another email address or contact your administrator.
The account is enabled and otherwise working fine. I've made some dummy accounts for testing and I get the same result.
In Azure AD I can see the devices are Azure AD joined.
I'm at a loss of what to look at next :(
