AzureAD Security Groups - Reporting to PDF or CSV ?

I am currently dealing with AzureAD Security groups.
My plan would be to create a security group for each customer's software and enter the licensees / Users there.
Then you could certainly have a monthly report created for the groups which shows the count of the members.

For example, the number of Office365 licenses at the customer can change monthly. Just like other software not from MS.
It is important for our monthly billing to the customer.

Are there any functions in azure, where i can realize this? Do i need Azure Premium functions for this?

It would be perfect to get a PDF File.
But a csv would be good to.
Sent per email.
I think i could transform the data from the csv in a pdf form.

Does anyone have infos on that?

Thank you really much :)

    Hello Jimmy,

i´m really sorry for the late answer.

It´s not the solution i want.

    I need it more basis.
I want to have a report only, with Group member count.

A csv file where all groups are listed with names and the member count of the groups.

no cost, no analyses. Just the names and count of members :)
