Unique Ticket Number for SharePoint List

Hi, I am following this tutorial and this tutorial to generate an unique ticket number for my sharepoint list.

I followed the first part of the steps from the both pages.

For the second part, which is on the first one: creating workflow from Sharepoint designer and on the second one: creating flow with Power Automate.

Neither of the options apply to me, since I am using Mac and I don't have access to Power Automate.

Is there any alternative work around for me?

    Since you have no access to workflow and power automate, there is no other workaround to achieve this requirement.
