Hello

Please i need your help on this issue.

I have a user when ever he tries you login to office.com he always get this notification verification "Don't lose access to your account" asking him to verify his account as shown below:

Please how we stop this Authentication verification from showing up all the time.

I get an error message at the end of that procedure.

I have searched another thread talking about this phenomenon. Some customer provide the advice about it.

Login to Office 365 as the organization admin

Go to Admin->Azure AD

Choose the thing at the top to go into the new Azure portal

Once in the new portal, go to Users and Groups (again, this is within the AZURE section, not in the main Office 365 admin section).

Go to Manage->Password Reset->Manage->Registration

Change the option to "Require Users to Register When signing in" to NO.

Save the change.
