How to add horizontal line with expression or with stored procedure in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)?

this is my first time using SSRS and I have a problem when I want to add a horizontal line just above the words I marked (see picture). here I am trying to make a financial report using SSRS Report Builder, I have an idea using Expression but I don't know what kind of code I should enter so please help me if you understand this.     If you want to add a line in place, you can insert a line and move it where you want, like this:
