I have two identical emails. A gmail account and office 365 under identical email addresses. All of my emails are received by the gmail account. I want to close of the gmail account and receive emails only in my office 365.
Im not sure how I got here but is there anyway to fix this?

According to your description, seems that your issue is more related to exchange online. Please kindly understand the tag” office-outlook-itpro” which mainly focus on general issues about Outlook desktop client.

Do you just want to stop using gmail and use Office365? Or you want to migrate from gmail to Office365?

If you just want to enable Office 365, you just need to point your MX record to Office 365. For details, you can refer to Step 6 in the document above.
