SQL Server database dashboard

Hey there,

I just started a new job and I am new to SQL server studio. My boss wants me to create a dashboard for our job procedures and stored procedures. A lot of what we do is pull information from SQL into tableau and Power BI dashboards. One of his requests is that he wants to see failed executionID's and whether or not they were requests going into tableau or power bi. I have been going through the msdb and other databases trying to figure this out. My question is is this possible? And if so what tables/ databases should I be looking in to pull this information? All help is greatly appreciated, thank you.
