How to create a spanned volume on my computer when the option is greyed out? (Windows 10 Home)

I have 2 disks i want to combine on my PC. Disk 0 and Disk 1. Disk 0 has the C: Drive, which is almost completely out of space. Disk 1 has 931 unallocated gigabytes.

Disk 0 and 1 are dynamic volumes. Disk 0 has 223 gigabytes (all used) and Disk 1 has 931 gigabytes (all unallocated).

I am currently running Windows 10 Home, specifically OS Build 19044.1889.

I would like to merge both of these disks and have a spanned or striped volume on my pc so I can have more space in c: drive, but the option is greyed out.

All of the software online requires a subscription or is a virus.

I've searched everywhere online, looking all over docs, but I cannot find a result for Windows 10 or Windows 10 Home.

I have tried diskpart, and it's not working. I have probably put many hours into disk management by now, but it's not working.

Please tell me if there are any alternate methods to doing this, but my main question is: How can I create a spanned volume on my pc?

I used MiniTool® Partition Wizard, which is free and worked fine (tested on Windows 10 21H1 and older versions)
