Windows 11 Assigned use or Kiosk

I just updated from 10 to 11 Home to be able to use Assigned Use or Kiosk to show a PowerPoint loop at a reunion without having to worry about laptop being messed with.
I have OneDrive and Office365
I set up a user, but Kiosk isn't active and nothing returns when I search Assigned Use. Suggestions?
