Microsoft Authenticator unable to restore from backup

Some weeks ago my phone was stolen and I've been unable to restore access to some of my accounts due the inability to access my 2FA codes.
When I try to begin recovery on MS Authenticator it says that my backup is not stored with ***.
I know this used to work because several times before I recovered my account in other phone.

I would highly appreciate some help, at this point as said I'm unable to access some crucial accounts for my workflow.

    Sharing my Personal experience here :

    You cannot recover all the account "TYPE"

    When i started using MS authenticator i had 6-7 account including my work account and social media and other stuff

    I wanted to test the back up - restore operation in app , i created fresh back up and reinstalled the app , The result was that i was unable to restore the work account , rest all my social media account got restored successfully .

    To restore the work account i had to contact my 365 Account admin to re-generate my QR code and got it done.
