Microsoft account doesn't exist

Hello
So lately i did a factory reset to my computer and i downloaded Minecraft on it i tried loging in with my microsoft what i used before factory reset it was "wuzigaming2020@Stuff .com" but now it said "This account doesn't exist"
and i am really sad about it even if i don't play Minecraft really i still wasted 25€ on this game and i am kinds sad because of it. So is there any way i can get it back?

I am not sure did i get what you meant but i did what i thought you meant and it didn't exist there.
