2020-09-16T10:00:19.66+00:00 1.For our application install failed, may we check the AppEnforce.log on our client to see the if there is any related errors during the installation?
2.The error code 0x80004005 is a general error which means something is wrong with SCCM.
For better solving the problem,we could check more information on the smsts.log.Thanks for your time.

2020-09-16T10:11:25.03+00:00 On the AppEnforce.log I see the following error
AdvertisePackage - MsiAdvertiseProduct Failed : 0x80070652
AdvertisePackage failed (0x80070652).
Lowright users might fail to install this application if it requires higher privilegesAfter installation of Windows with TS, I can deploy the failed Application without any error or issue

The error code 0x80070652 means another installation is already in progress.
Could we check if there is any AV mangement agent exist in our environment? If there is,maybe we could placed the antivirus mangement agent as the last task sequence and remove any duplicate advertisement on the machine.
Here is a helpful article for you to refer to:

Note:This is a non-Microsoft official document for your reference only. For "Low right users" may we check the object of the deployed application??
If we deploy the application to the system, it will use the system account for installation by default. If we deploy to users, it will be installed based on the user account, maybe we could try to use the administration account to have a try.Hope this can help you.

2020-09-17T10:36:00.533+00:00 What do you mean with "maybe we could try to use the administration account to have a try."
I can only select install for user or for system
How can I use the administration account for deploy application?
