Yesterday I updated my laptop and after restart a Bitlocker message showed up asking for a key.

I saw that the solution was looking a bitlocker key on my Microsoft account but then another problem came up. When I tried to log in I was forced to set a recovery option for my account, I did it and then it said that I have to wait 30 days to have access to my account again so now I can't look for the key or use my own and only laptop until August 12th.
I don't remember

I can provide information about my account if it's required (until now I've always used it) also I have another Microsoft account that I used on my laptop but when I checked for a key it said that I didn't had one on the account. Sorry for my bad english.

    How can I do it?

Boot from the install media, delete / recreate partition, continue the install to completion.

Will it delete everything I have?

    Yes, it will

If an account access problem then try resetting via the account recovery form

There's really nothing can be done to speed process. In the future I'd suggest adding alternate methods of verification.

Another option may be to clean install the operating system.
