Service Manager (SCSM) upgrade

Question

Hello,
I have an SCSM 2012 environment distributed on 3 servers the first server for the management server, the second server for the data warehouse management server, and the third host the databases (operational and data warehouse). All these servers run the operating system windows server 2012 R2 and the database version is 2012R2. We need to upgrade this environment from SCSM 2012 to SCSM 2022. any guides, please?

Upgrade steps are:

SCSM R2 with Update Rollup 9 > SCSM 2016 -SCSM 2019 - SCSM2022

You can only upgrade to System Center 2016 from System Center 2012 R2 - Service Manager with Update Rollup 9 or later installed.
You can only upgrade to System Center 2019 from System Center 2016 or 1801 or 1807.
You can only upgrade to System Center 2022 from System Center 2019.
