How do I switch accounts it won't let me?

Question

I received email notification to renew one of my certifications, however when I clicked on it, it automatically logged me in with a different email of mine. When I click log out to switch to the correct log in email it doesn't give me the option nor does it let me add account to link them. I have a few Microsoft certifications and this is concerning me that I cannot get to my dashboard and acct. Please help.
