How do I provide developers with rights to only specific applications on my dev servers?

SAFE SCHOOLz platform is on an Azure VM it is built on .NET.
We also have mobile components built for Android and IOS.
There are other platforms on this same VM that this dev should not have access to.

Could you please share more Specifix details related to Azure Purview where exactly you stuck? Is your ask related to Azure Purview service? Kindly help with little more technical details what exactly done and where you stuck?
