Intune win32 detection rule not reporting correctly on some clients

So I deploy TeamviewerQS via a win32 app to the users public documents folder. So far it seems to work fine, but some clients are reporting that the app is not detected after successfull installation.
The detection rule just checks if the teamviewerqs.exe exists in the folder.
Here is a screenshot of two computers, the one on the left reports "not detected" the one on the right reports "installed".
I'm completely lost. Any ideas?
