About BGP settings

I used Azure to make a VPN tunnel with a router called SEILx4.
We are verifying.
SEILx4 does not support ikev2, it is a router that can only use ikev1,
I can't set up a VPN tunnel with this router and Azure using BGP
Do you agree with me?

I understand that you are trying to set up Ikev1 Tunnel from Azure VPN Gateway to your router.

I see @Joe Carlyle has provided an answer.
Currently, IKEV1 is supported on all VPN Gateway SKUs except Basic SKU.

This used to be the case, however IKEv1 is now supported on all SKUs - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/vpn-gateway/vpn-gateway-about-compliance-crypto#about-ikev1-and-ikev2-for-azure-vpn-connections?WT.mc_id=AZ-MVP-5003469
