Can you please tell me if you know what kind of machine learning technology the OCR included with Windows 10 is implemented with? Is it implemented with a neural network?

    OCR feature included with Windows 10

    I have to say there is no document to explain that OCR's machine learning model within UWP platform. And it is internal technology that not suitable discusses in forums. If you do want to know the mechanism of ocr, please go ahead post your requirement with window feedback hub app.
