Missing access to my certifications

Question

I have a number of certifications which have not been renewed for some time, as our work changed.
Now I need access to these certifications again, but can't see any. Help page suggested that I needed to contact support to gain access again to these older certs.

Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.
