Teams avaya integration no voice

Hello

Please i need your help on this issue.

We have a user who reported this issue to us.

The Teams Avaya was setup to integrate with Teams.

But when ever they pick up a call from a user in Teams they cannot hear him but he can hear them.

    Is it through Avaya IPO or Avaya SBCE.
