Update from 1909 Enterprise Edition fails

Hi,
I`m trying to update my Enterprise edition of windows which is 1909 to 21H2 and it fails every time.
I tried with MediaCreationTool21H2 and Windows10Upgrade9252.

Here is panther log with errors:

    The errors 0xC1900213 (compatibility issue) and 0x80070490 (CBS error) would indicate that you need to perform the next actions:

    With this steps you should be able to finish the installation of the upgrade.

    Thank you for replying.

    There is a lot of things to try here. I already tried image repair and it came out with no issues. I also updated the drivers. I`ll try some more as suggested.

    The odd thing is when the windows upgrade is in process it says the computer will restart several times. This does not happen, it does not restart one single time. When the installation comes to about 90% it says it will restart, but then it goes into desktop and installer closes.

    During installation I can also access my desktop if I press the win key, not sure this is normal.

    I am having exactly the same behaviour. I already followed all the recommendations and nothing improved.
