This is the error message I keep receiving when I try to create a manage instance I checked my subscription and region and they appear to be ok. Any advice would be helpful.

Managed Instance is not available for the chosen subscription and region. Please try again with some other subscription, region, or use Microsoft Support to request region access. Learn more

    Hello @Rodell Tyler ,
    As per the document https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-sql/managed-instance/resource-limits?WT.mc_id=AZ-MVP-5001765&view=azuresql#supported-subscription-types
SQL Managed Instance currently supports deployment only on the following types of subscriptions:

    Enterprise Agreement (EA)
    Pay-as-you-go
    Cloud Service Provider (CSP)
    Enterprise Dev/Test
    Pay-As-You-Go Dev/Test
Subscriptions with monthly Azure credit for Visual Studio subscribers

Can you kindly validate from your end ?
