Reschedule certification exam

Question

Greetings,

Yesterday, 08/14/2022 at 10:30 PM, the application of the Office certification test should have started, but even waiting for more than 40 minutes the test did not start.
After the message appeared saying "click here to reschedule your exam", I clicked and left the exam because I had other appointments.
I would like to know how do I reschedule the day of the exam application since it was not my fault.

Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.
