Can you check if all the DNS connectivity and AD related ports are open from the client to the DC? config-firewall-for-ad-domains-and-trusts
Also if you can check and configure the IP address of the DC in the DNS Section - network settings > change adapter options > select the current network adapter > right click it > IPV4 > check if the DNS server IP points to your DC. If not, please change it to your DNS server ip, then please open the CMD with administrator >> ping xxx.xxx.xxx.xx ( your DNS server IP) to see if the communication is working.
