Microsoft certification

Hi,
I scheduled PL-300 exam on 13/08/2022.
Indian timing 1:00 PM.
Every test I have completed & stared writing exam i have given answers to some of the questions. While writing exam the on vue was hang.
I could not able to continue my exam.
I am requesting you to reschedule my exam.
Please respond me.
