WPF DoubleAnimation EasingFunction

Question

I'm working on zooming an image.

We want to apply DoubleAnimation when zooming in and out.

Here's a video of what I wanted.

Please look at the timeline from 11 seconds.

I applied a simple implementation sample after much deliberation.
Unfortunately, I couldn't get the same result as the video.

Could it be possible to create the same animation effect as the video?
