Intune Remote Help Rollout Help

Hi

I downloaded the Remote Help app, and wrapped it using an MSI wrapper tool but it doesnt seem to be pushing out to test devices in the assignment group.

Is there anyone that can suggest what may have gone wrong? could it be during the MSi conversion?

    Why are you doing this in the first place? The documentation gives you exact details on how to deploy the remote help app: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/remote-actions/remote-help#deploy-remote-help-as-a-win32-app.

    We don't support converting or wrapping the installer to/in an MSI using any sort of capture (or any method really).
