MS Defender error when trying to isolate machine

2022-08-16T10:13:29.077+00:00

Hello!

I have been trying to set up MS Defender to isolate a costumers machine. However, when I do so, I get the following error message:

"'version': '1.0', 'success': False, 'reason': 'Selective Isolation is supported for client version 10.3720.0.0 and above', 'content': {'error': {'code': 'BadRequest', 'message': 'Selective Isolation is supported for client version 10.3720.0.0 and above'"

I have contacted my client and made sure that the client version was higher than the one specified in the error message.

I don't know where to go from here, as I don't have direct access to the machiene.

Do you guys have any tips on where to go from here?
Has this error been seen before? Also, are there more client versions, such that the costumer could have reported the wrong one?

As background info, I am using the IBM Resilient platform with the MS Defender application installed and set up.

Than you in advance, and please let me know if I can provide any more information!
